In the very heart of Prague, in Old Town (Stare Mesto), in MELANTRICHOVA STREET, a very light and comfortable three-room apartment is eager to open its doors for long-awaited guests.

The apartment’s convenient location will make your stay in Prague truly unforgettable. Beside there is the business and trade center Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti) with a variety of shopping centers, stores and superb restaurants with magnificent Czech beer.

Old Town Square (Staromestske namesti) is even closer: only a couple of meters, and you will be able to enjoy the view of the famous astrological clock, visit Tynski Temple or the City Hall. In the neighboring Havelska Street there is a market where you can buy not only fruit and vegetables, but also unique handmade souvenirs; in MELANTRICHOVA Street there are shops, pharmacies, restaurants, currency exchange and everything one needs for their comfortable stay.

The three-room apartment is in perfect condition. It comprises a bedroom, a sitting-room, a bathroom and a separate room with kitchen.

We also have considered such necessary items as a computer connected to internet WiFi, TV+ satellite in the living-room, a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as dishes and furnishings in the kitchen.

You will be able to use a fridge, a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The price is stated for the entire apartment and depends on the number of persons staying.

- household costs, all the taxes, linen and towels, cleaning of the apartment after the departure;

- cleaning of the apartment and changing towels in case of staying longer than 5 nights.
